I have spent more than three decades representing developers, owners, investors and tenants of all types with their commercial real estate needs and related business transactions. My primary focus is institutionally-held commercial real estate assets and the negotiation of leasing, property management, financing and purchase and sale agreements for those assets. I have the experience necessary to handle complex commercial transactions while maintaining sensitivity to each client’s unique needs and objectives. I am well versed at working on projects involving multiple parties with varied and competing interests, and bring a collaborative, deal-making mindset to each transaction, regardless of size.
